Ok I know what you're thinking, "I bet the answer to this has been gone through a 100 times before" but as far as I can tell my problem is a little differant.
I'm using 1964 instead of PJ64 cause PJ64 runs too slowly. Changing video plug-ins doesnt seem to fix or alter my problem in any way. The problem lies in when I use the lens of truth, I've turned off self rendered textures btw, the speed is fine but simply the area that is meant to be "revealed" by the lens is black except for the little triangles over the things I can interact with. This makes it near impossible to see where im going or to even line myself up with people so I can speak to them....
As far as I can tell, all the other posts about this problem were refering to the speed reduction when using the lens and not the lack of ability to actually see through it. Forgive me if I'm wrong and tell me to search again if what I'm looking for should be here somewhere, although I have looked through about 10-15 posts and at least 8 or 9 of those were about the lens of truth.
Any help is welcome, thanks in advance.
Jeremy
p.s. my computer specs are in my profile.
p.p.s. my desktop is running at 1280x1024 at 32 bitrate and I run zelda at full screen at 1024x720 at 32 bitrate. If I've left out any required specs I will quickly supply them. Also, my video driver works excellently for everything else and its one of the most current nvida drivers if not the most current one.
