Major Slowdown Out of Nowhere!

For some reason i tried to play PJ64 today and alll my games droped to P2 233MHZ playable level. Everything runs slower than snot. I tried 1964 and same problem (it seams the these 2 emu's share info or something) When i got to NEMU64 though everything is just fine. Anyone know what may have happened? I cant play anything on either of thoes 2 emu's anymore and heck yesterday they were just fine. I tried uninstalling it, (registry and such) but still no dice. Every Plugin has the issue to.

Well it seams to be a driver issues but i cannot fix it. The only quick fix is to turn off AA (2X 4X or 8X) For some reason never seen before it kills the feramerate to a P2 233 hault. Anyone know why this would happen all of a sudden? I used to play PJ64 with AA4X all the time. Is it just an ATI glitch or what? 1964 seams to be affected as well and no plugin i have found helps fix it. NEMU 64 works fine though.. Odd as that may be.
