Lan-working emu

Hey, i've got a short question. Is there a working emulator which allows you to play via LAN Network ? Means i connect 2 computers no internet.

Which emulator could i use to get the best gameplay for example SSB ?

Download the Kaillera server and run it on one of the machines on your network. Then configure Project64k to use that server.

hmm and is there a way to use the actual PJ 1.6 or a better emulator than PJ 1.4 because its very buggy (graphic)

No. Project64 1.4 was the only version that had its source code released to the public. The Kaillera version is based on that.
