LAME MP3 Encoder Program

I'm looking for a good and FREE program for LAME MP3 encoding, LAME's site states that Winamp has LAME support but it uses Fraunhofer instead of LAME. Any recommendadtions?

www.google.com/search?q=lame+mp3+frontend yields a good bit of results - as does going to lame's homepage and checking out the links section... it's also not hard to write your own frontend to lame
