Laggy Destruction Derby 64

The video is just a bit laggy, but the sound, HUGE lag.
Any recommended set of plugins or emulators to fix it?

i dont think it's my specs, but maybe my plugins, thats why i asked for others.

1gb ddr
geforce 6200 128mb

glide64 1.0 napalm / jabo's
jabo's / azimer's / zilmar's
they're all lagging
