Keyboard Sensitivity Issues

Thanks for taking the time to read my thread, I have a question I cannot seem to answer through the manual.

I understand I should invest in a joystick, but currently I cannot afford one (damn rent, haha). I was wondering if there's a way where I can adjust the keyboard sensitivity on P64. I'm having problems with aiming my weaponry because the keys jump a mile whenever I try. It's been frustrating.

In addition to the manual, I tried seeing if this is a computer related issue, but to no such avail.

Use the N-Rage input plugin, it has the analog stick range setting, which helps. Stuff in the user Manual deals with the default plugins, and it's also quite old, so you won't find answers to all possible questions, obviously.
