Kazaa Lawsuit

yup, plus p2p is for the masses anyways, there have always been and will always be deeper quieter methods of doing the same thing that will go unscathed simply because not that many people know about them

Wow, they're being remotely intelligent.

In any case, I hate KaZaA and will be semi-happy if it goes down...

WinMX all the way

I've only used Kazaa a little... I don't like it...

Never looked at it that way:happy:
What is the worst that cld happen to the p2p though??

It could be outlawed to share a file that has any kind of copyright... thn we would have to rely on the radio for sampling music (ewwwww!) :getlost:

The Queues are bad enough as it is. If kazaa goes down just thine what it wld be like then

Then there'd be more users to choose from, hence shorter queues.

Of course then there'd be more downloaders to distribute across the queues too... there'd be no change.

I prey, not pray.
FYI peer to peer networks are under attack via a new method by overpeer. The only network protocol thats immune from this particular style of attack is emule. Yeah it sucks for MP3, but its the only network protocol that ensures that any file gets from point a to point b with zero corruption.
