radeon 9800 pro
win xp sp1 ( don't tell me to go sp2 or blame it on me not having sp2)
and all that good stuff updated drivers/ updates etc..

Please don't tell me about driver or check for updates or .net stuff....all i want is access to this link

Apparently you missed this post. PJ64 has since been updated twice, PJ64k (which is built from the 1.4 source) has not. I don't think you'll be able to fix your problem.

Update to SP2.
If you are running a VIA based motherboard using a KT400+ chipset, i would advise doing this asap as it contains updates to the core system drivers such as AGP and SMBus as wel as an updated viamachine inf whichj will install updated memory controller drivers.
