Well if you act like you know nothing then I believe that you know nothing about our government. What I dont like is you twisting everything I say to something wrong with Democrats, you make completely baseless attacks and no it isnt humorous. Even Republicans don't do that outside of the candidates themselves. I wouldn't like what you had to say if it was against Republicans, Democrats, Liberals, Conservatives, Libretarians, Green Parties, Socialists, British, Americans, French, Germans, Communists, or anyone else simply because almost everything that comes from you is simply not true.

Funnily enough you are the first person at Emutalk to really piss me off, and believe me its not easy to piss me off. So congratulations, I must be the last on your list. I know I'm not the first. Republicans have controlled both houses for the last four years, not counting that brief period after Jim Jeffords jumped ship. I haven't seen any shots fired in your civil war yet. Plus, you're going on the assumption that the Republicans vote in a block, which is simply not the case. There are some left-leaning Republicans that often gum up the works (Arlen Specter comes to mind).

Yes but they were unable to gain control of the Judiciary. I know Republicans don't always vote in a block but it does happen more often than not. The same can be said for Democrats, they aren't any better. I know it sounds unlikely but it is a possibility, the russian Czars never thought people would rebel against them, the USSR thought they would never fall. I'm not saying its going to happen, I'm just saying its possible if we aren't carefull.

Here's the simple fact: Both parties vote as a block. That block is called do what the corporations who pay us and run the media want, and screw everything else including the American people and people in EVERY OTHER COUNTRY, the environment, the economy, education, infrastructure, health care. You name it unless Time/Warner/Viacom/Exxon/Enron/Disney/McDonad's/Pepsico/all one big company destroying the planet and it's inhabitants (people, animals, plants, name it!) is for it, it's not getting passed, and unless their not against it, it's not getting passed, and unless they actually coauthored it or have some pet provision attached, it's not getting passed.

There is no democracy, there is no republic, there is no free market, there are no personal freedoms or rights, there are no environmental controls, there is no health care, there is no welfare, there is no public works. There is simply a corporate bought system that we are consumer/slaves for. And it's only going to get worse.

Both parties are completely fraudulent, which is why the elections are always so close now. Nobody gives a shit which fuckhead gets elected because their BOTH fuckheads, and everybody knows it.
