How to setup

First

1. Run Configuration wizard
2. TEST emulator in windowed mode before going to full screen in order to get emu to correctly work with cdrom drive.
Try a PSX CD.


Fast settings:

I use 320x240 for video in full screen mode with no filtering

For the sound.
The top 2 checkboxes are for sound effects.
Bottom 2 for music.

If your computer is too slow only use Sound Effects

About ISO's
----------------------


ISO's will take about 20 mins. to make and can fill up about 300-700 MB of disk space. you might want to burn them on CD's.

I use CD Space and can build the image in about 3 minutes. I do have the extra step of mounting each image in a virtual CD-ROM, but they play great and many will shrink quite small from compression.

I'll have to agree, CDRWin is quite a pain in the ass.

Funny it only takes me about 5 minutes to make an ISO if it is Safedisk V2 protected, even less if its not. if its a non protected disk it can take less than 2 minutes.
