Regrettably, Infernal Machine is still not working, if you would like to submit the Opcodes for this game, then maybe someone can get it to work. Otherwise someone will have to do a reverse look up of the opcode. At least I think that it is possible. But what do I know, I just play the games. ppppht :stupid:

Perfect dark has been addressed. It works really well. I'll check out Evangelion and Sin and Punishment, and if they work, I'll post screen shots to the screenshots forum.

Screenshots forum has a couple of Evangelion. Let me know if you have something specific other than that you want to see. I'm terrible at using the EVA, so I get my butt kicked every time.

edit: I take it back. It does work. Thanks rice!

PS: I love Watto, he is the man.

Hi guys, I seen the screen shots from the lastest beta and must say DAMN!!!.

You guys that work on the 1964 project are very smart peoples :)

I only wish I was smart enough to code it but sadly not lol.

I have a few questions for schibo and other coders

hey guys what's up :)

I was wondering if you could tell me if there's any progress with getting resident evil 2 to work better?

Also any luck with getting animal forest to work?

Also I forgot to add that I'm getting a brand new radeon 9800 pro 128 mb version this week. Was wondering would the new 1964 work good with this card?

Also I've heard the ATI radeon's have very good 2d quality :)

So with the 9800 would this make paper mario and KI gold look much sharper?

thx

You should get an All-in-Wonder. They are only about $15 more.

Anyway, you bring up a good point. Is the problem with the Radeon drivers fixed, or will we still need to use 3DAnalyse?

3DAnalyse is still needed for using Rices plugin in D3D mode, however it still looks as good as always :)

Well, inasmuch as the Gestapo jumped all over me when I made an only half off-topic post in the screenshots thread asking about issues, I suppose I'll ask them here in hopes that people who have been on this board for a while aren't lurking in this thready ready to piss all over any hapless newbie who posts.

1) With any emulator on which I've ever run Blast Corps, if it runs at all, the intro logos fly by at an insane speed, then the game continues on semi-perfectly. The framerate is good, but the sound and video stutters every second or so. I highly doubt that it's my system specs. Is this a problem in 1964 0.9.9?

2) With any emulator on which I've ever run Megaman 64, the framerate stutters horribly about halfway through the intro. Once again, I highly doubt it's my system specs. Is this still a problem in 1964 0.9.9?

3) The fog seems to be a little off in games such as Goldeneye. If you go to the Dam level and round the bend in the first tunnel, the fog should almost entirely obscure the bunker at the opposite side of the wide-open area that the tunnel opens into. It's clearly visible in any emulator I've tried it on.

Furthermore, I'd appreciate it if people would refrain from responding with a more civilized version of, "if u dont liek teh frameraet in megaman 65 u shud ues teh differnt emul8r NOOB!!!11" if at all possible. I'm well aware that the game has had issues in every emulator that will actually run it, my question is whether or not it runs any better in the current beta of 1964 0.9.9 which, by the way, I don't have right now. I figured I'd mention that, since apparently someone was too grotesquely stupid to realize that someone asking whether a specific issue exists in a beta implies that said person does not HAVE the beta.

I dont know if Megaman 64 is better, but you wont be seeing the 1964 0.9.9 out for awhile, it is being tested as we speak. I dont have it, only the testers have it, and it isnt going to be coming out for another 3 weeks or so, Im sure the beta testers will help answer that question

Emutalk Bounty Hunter.
I've noticed a trend with the beta testers, and this is just my guess, but certain games that have been asked about, (kirby 64 re 2) havent gotten much of a response, i think they might NOT be telling you to give you the biggest satisfaction next month when they do work, either that or theyre just really busy, they do have real lives too, so, if its been asked once, it'll get around eventually.
