Is the Dolwin emu associated at all with Dolphin?

I just recently found there website, and I'm slightly confused. In their screenshot section their GUI looks nearly identical to the new Dolphin one. Their compatibility doesn't apear to be as high, but the icons for the games look to be exactly the same as well.

It was last updated Feb 18th, so as far as I can tell its not an older version of Dolphin, but I could be wrong...

Anyone have some insight into this?

Dolwin is a completely different emu to Dolphin. The "icons" are the same since they are obtained from within the GC ISO itself and can be seen when loading a game into a GC in the BIOS thing. Dolwin is still in development and can't run commercial games yet.
