Hey all. I just recently started having an error in PJ64 using Rice's Deadelus 4.6.0 plugin. I didn't cahnge anything as far as graphics drivers or directx goes, it just started happening and it wont stop... anyway.... I was playing through the game and it was running as close to perfect as I've ever seen it (even where it's supposed to flicker). Just yesterday it started doin wierd things... the game would be fine until I picked up and item or switch characters..... actually come to think of it the game started acting funny as soon as I started using Sushie's Tidal Wave move. Ever since the first time I used that move the game randomly freezes for up to two minutes (usually during transitions while pulling up text boxes or switching characters). Anyway.. whenever I pick up an item or pull up the game menu or switch characters the game gets wierd... Sometimes I can only see mario's shadow sometimes I can only see half of him and sometimes I can see through walls and others things too (pipes enemies, etc). I'll put up a couple .jpg screenies of this to show u what I mean.

anyway... I can always use a different plugin but whenever I get to a flickering area I can't see crap unless I use Rice's. :) Anybody have any ideas of why it would all of a sudden start doing this? It worked GREAT until I started using sushie's tidal wave.:emutalk:

Oh yeah... here are my system specs...

Windows 2K Pro
Nvidia GeForce 2 Chipset (Audio/Video/Ethernet onboard)
DirextX 9.0a
1.00Ghz AMD processor
256MB ram

Use Glide64 + evoodoo, with the hybrid buffer-swap method.

1) Download them from the download section (glide64 0.4: graphics plugin, evoodoo 3.25: glide wrapper)
2) Extract glide64 to the plugin-folder of the emulator, and evoodoo to the main-dir of the emulator.
3) Select the plugin at the plugin-section
4) Use the buffer setting "hybrid".
5) Enjoy :D

Yeah that werks... just wont use sushie's tidal wave cause it took like 3 minutes to do because the fps went down to like 3. lol I still wish I could use Rice's plugin though cause the game is a lot neater with it. Oh well. :)
