Install Problem

I get an error when installing. And yes I have full access.

Error 1402.Could not open key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_\SOFTWARE\Classes\.rom.
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or
contact your support personnel.

Disregard the fact that this is aimed at Office. Said error code is a general error.
