I tried to do that before but it didn't work for me.
I may try it again but by choosing Dolphin specifically instead of just forcing V-sync on everything, to see if maybe it wasn't affected when not choosen alone.
Hhmm, I don't remember if I tried it in fullscreen or not, I think not.
I'll do that as soon as I can find a way to make XP 64 stop acting up (32 bits works great, 64 is being a ass with drivers again, may test tomorrow instead).
