yo, i found out that LSA is within lsass.exe! the thing is, it's running even though the shutdown error occurs. also, thanks, but i DID read the report, and that's how i found out that somethng is the matter with my lsass.exe crap. well, i guess no one can help.

It's called the Sasser worm if you didn't already know.
