How exactly do you rip a backup you know a rom file from my cartridge to my pc??? Any help would be appreciated

If you're concerned about legal issues, you should know that ROM backups are only allowed for archival purposes only.

Actually thats not true; search the forum, its been posted by myself and others of the legal issues with taking any data off of ROM chips, for back-up or otherwise.
