Posted in the UltraHLE section of emulation64

UltraHLE was the first N64 emulator that actually was able to play commercial games. However, the authors of the project, Epsilon and Realityman, discontinued the project only 6 hours after its only release on January 29, 1999. Still, UltraHLE is one of the most successful Nintendo 64 emulators, and it is emulating many fully playable commercial games. UltraHLE was designed to be used with Glide compatible grahics cards (manufactured by 3DFX), since they were the fastest and the standard for 3D graphics at the time. If you don't have such card, you can still get UltraHLE to run with the help of a glide wrapper. For low-end computers, UltraHLE is a good alternative to newer emulators.

Authors: Epilson and RealityMan
Status: Discontinued
SourcE: Closed
Coded in: Visual C 6.0 (With SP1), dynamically recompiled into ASM.

what is a grahics card anyways?

leaked doesn't mean the project went open source, it just means some ass-raper stole the source and mass-distributed it.
