It's about the Mario Party ROM.
I've have some problems with the Project64, Nemu, and many others. The graphics have some glitches and the frame rate is slow, it's like 50 FPS.

I don't know if this is a problem of my machine, but i think that it can handle the N64 emulators.

My hardware is:

Motherboard: PC-Chips M825G
Processor: Sempron 2300+ (1.5 Ghz without overclock)
RAM: 352 DD3-333 (because i'm use a on-board video-card)
Video: VIA S3 UniChrome IGP Video on-board (Direct 3D / Open GL)
Audio: VIA AC'97 32-bits C-Media

I've tried the Jabo Direct 3D Plugin.

Exists any emulator that is best to use with the Mario Party roms? Or plugins?

Just one thing to say: onboard gfx...
In my opinion it's your onboard gfx, because the rest of the system seems to be "strong" enough to handle the game without problems...
Probably try gl64, if this great gfx plugin supports this game it should run on your card,too. If not, try others like Rices or glide...
