No he couldn't.
In fact, he's having problem with viewing the threads. He couldn't enter Emutalk correctly, so I had to register him. Even by doing that, he can't do most of the things Emutalk offers

The problems he's having are: He cannot read ANY thread, and he can't see the entrance page in Emutalk correctly either. So, he can make new threads (like the one he made) but he cannot answer the replies (because he can't enter the thread once it's made). He can't go to the register form, nor the change options page either. I hope you guys can tell what's going on with his computer. If he uses IE 5.5, he can't see the webpage at all. If he uses Netscape, he can only see a bit of it. He tried then with IE 6.0, but he can't still see the page. So please, help him out. I've done all that I could

Just let him use neplanet or opera somethin for sure will work :)

Get another browser like RPGGlover12 says or what i did when this happened:

Delete All History
Delete All Temp Net Files (Browser Plugins too if your at your last resort.)
Delete All Cookies (Usually the problem)
