How To Toggle Vibration?

I have a USB vibrating PAD and i'm playing Zelda OoT.
I Think vibration should be useful to find secrets.
How can i toggle it?

You have to get the artefact which activates rumble, can't remember how ATM though.

I mean how to toggle vibration in project64 emulator because i'm playing zelda and my pad is not vibrating anyway.
For example when i roll against a wall or when i fall from a very high location.
I can remember on n64 those actions made it rumble.

Maybe i need a sort of plugin.
