how to save in-game???

I'm playing Zelda: OoT, and i'm having a very difficult time figuring out how to save my game. Can i not save if i'm only using my keyboard???? if i can, then how do i get the start menu to pop up? i press enter and nothing happens :huh:

well since this is my first time using an emulator, would you say 1 hour worth of time to figure out how to do it is impressive, or fail? lololol

Two questions:

1) Why in the world are you using Nemu64? There should be no logical reason for doing that.
2) Is Enter reaööy mapped as your Start button?
