Please somebody help me i dont know how to do it

What exactly do you mean by "update"?

Download the zip file and then extract its contents to whichever folder you installed Project64 to (remember to say Yes if you are asked to overwrite existing files). There's your update right there.

Do you know how to work with compressed archives like Zip files in general?
