How do I play a Sonic Adventure ROM on my DreamEMU Emulator?

I downloaded the ROM, but DreamEMU doesn't detect it. How do I do it?

By not using DreamEmu, but actually using an emulator that works and that's not ancient, i.e. nullDC or Demul. Or Makaron even.
