Read this interesting Hollywood hack Artical it seems it's OK to hack otherpeople.. but not be hacked.. I think this is the influence of Japan's copyright laws on Hollywood (See Sony).

Nah, that's old news, it's already been said to the public that the bill will not be passed, due to fear of getting a taste of there own medicine, due to there being more 133t hackers out there
