Help With Supersmashbros

Super smash bros seems to work pretty well except for one problem... in the menus it keeps scrolling down as if I am holding the DOWN button. The only control I have is if I time pressing my A button on the desired command.

Does anyone else have this problem? I also have the same problem with other games.. like mario tennis. Who knows wtf is up?

wow i changed it from jabos to n-rage and its working perfectly now.. WTf i dont understand how this stuff works
