Help w/ Chankast

I kinda got chankast 0.2a and gone testing the latest version in a AMD Duron 1400mhz
w/ 256mb ram DDR and a S3 Savage onboard video card. The video card
is using all the 64mb he can use at maximum.

When I tested the emulator, he only worked on WinXP here, but it doesn't matter.
The matter is: the DC bios worked nicely, but when I try running a ISO from a game
(hmm... let me say that the game is called Quake 3 Arena), the emu crashes.

I tried 2 games and the same crash happens...
Anyone can help me w/ this problem? Will I need 2 have a better video card?

Chankast only supports Nividia or ATI chipset. In other words, your onboard video won't support it.

hmm... thanks.
I'm quite impressed! This is the first good emulator that require a Geforce kinda video board.

my machine spec:
celeron 1.7G
256Mb ram
all in one mainboard with onboard display s3 prosavage ddr
o/s: win2000 pro
vitual cd: alcohol 120%

i can't run chankast 2.0a or early version whatever i done

i can run chankast 2.5 without 3d anaylse

i think s3 prosavage is not the cause of problem

are you sure your cpu support sse?
use self-boot cdi, or you make it yourself by fastboot :bunny:
