Help please !

Im New.. and i have a problem. I have a rom but it dont works..
it comes a Black Screen and 0.00 fps. Please HELP!

That isn't very descriptive you know.

What game are you trying to run and what are your computer specs?

and also, even with our help. you wont get much of an FPS boost, The dolphin isnt made for playing the games, it is just to prove GC emulation is possible. In other words, the dolphin runs slow. Its a CPU issue, and has nothing to do with what kind of graphics card you have

Im trying to run Pókemon XD...it runs only 0.27 fps and its still a black screen

IIRC, Pokémon XD isn't even supported. Even if it did work, it would be very slow.
