i downloaded dolphin and im trying to play a game but when i open the game just a white blank appears. please help

im trying to play "Pokémon XD : Gale of Darkness". i downloaded the plugins. but when the game opens there is a white blank appears on the emulator. the game doesnt opens

Well, I can tell you that this game doesn't work on Dolphin 1.03 Beta.
