Help me with satourne! Radiant Silvergun error (screenshot)

Im using Windows 2k, with satourne 1.1p, im using the japanese bios, renamed as saturn_bios.rom ive got an image of radiant silvergun which loads into the program correctly. On runtime, however I get this error:

any idea, ive tried adding ram cartridges 1,4 and none doesnt seem to have any effect.

Easy 2 fix that: only delete your rams, because it`s full.
Do u have played a lot games?
Then your ram is full and u have 2 rename it or delete it.

I've got the exact same problem (very new to this too!), how do I delete the rams?
