I like emulators for speed up (unlocking FPS limiter) and save anywere. I'm also interested int he devlopement process and seeing how it advances, exactly why I don't really use dolphin for more then 20mins after each release.
My Xbox and Gamecube are sitting 2 feet away. Laptop solves IM problems. But I still can't save anywere (nor play Japanese games) on my gamecube. I follow emulation out of interest, not for playing games for free.
I would have to say the Cube has the best emulation out there...
Halo plays well on the Xbox emulator true, but that emulator was built to run Halo and ONLY Halo, it can't play anything else (good) it does't try and emulate all of the Xbox only what Halo needs.
I bet if the Dolphin team focused on ONE game we could all play it full speed, but the ablity to play other games would drop. If you base the whole project on one game theres alot of re-coding when you find out you messed up since Halo does it one way but it can be done 100 ways for that whatever you call console cammands...
I donno, keep up the work though!
