HELP! i have read the FAQs and users manual!!!

First of all, hi, i really like chankast, and just want to say thanks for making this great emulator.

Second of all, HELP!!!!
i have read the FAQs on the forum and the user manual attached to the chankast package.

when i opened the .exe file from the chankast.025 zip package, a message appears and said something about missing d3d9.dll, so i googled it and download it, and when i opened it again, a new message showed and said "missing DDRAW.dll", so i downloaded DDRAW.dll, too. And when i did my third try, a new missing file message appeared and said i am missing "kernel32.dll", so i downloaded that too, i tried for the fourth time, and it showed missing kernel32.dll again!

Can someone please help me?lain:

When you say you downloaded D3D9.dll, did you download the proper installer from Microsoft or the solitary file? If it's the latter then you need to go to:

www.microsoft.com/directx and get the installer.

For future reference, you can check wht DirectX version you have installed by clicking Start --> Run. Then type 'dxdiag' and then press Enter. The DirectX Diagnostics Tool should pop up, showing lots of info about your computer + the installed DirectX version.

Needless to say, if you don't have DX9 installed, Chankast won't run.
