Go to http://www.smiff.clara.net/utils/rom.htm and download the utilities to rename/verify roms (GoodN64 and GoodWindows) As long as the new name comes out with a [!] the rom is good... I'm still thinking as to why this is happening...
Does File / Start Emulation do anything? (after you load the rom)
Hmm this seems to happen to some people with radeon cards. It's prolly a driver problem, The Gentleman had problems with his radeon 8500 as well in the beginning, but he got some beta drivers and it worked out fine.
for conker i chose Jacob's Direct 3D6 conker works perfectly with this plugin
however with zelda, i got it to work.. kinda
I have to use the RCP's Direct3d v.06
when i load the rom using that codec it says to "config your Ucode" i then have to go to Options >> Config Display and pick number 5 Ex. Zelda. then it will get to the title screen.. but every once in a while that "config your Ucode" pops up and i have to select number 5 again..
any ideas on how to stop this ucode from poping up after i already select number 5.
Ok, now all of a sudden i can't get conker to load with out a "not enough memory to load rom" when trying to play it.. and now majoras mask works with the plughin it wouldn't before..
Please post your full systems specs (including O/S) It seems it might be a problems with the graphics card somewhere... Updating the drivers usually takes care of problems.
