Harddisk mess

Doomulation

?????????????????????????
Ok, the last problem (i hope) after this mess with the upgrade of the computer. See, i have 2 harddisks as you might know, and a cd-rom. So generally, i should have C, D and E as drives.
However, there is an F drive. The F drive is the same as the E drive. They're the same drive!

They're NTSF. I'm wondering how i can get the F drive to disappear? I've also been experiencing lots of errors on that NTSF drive lately...

Oh, and, i'd also wish to change the drive names. Eg, C would be D, etc.

You said NTSF.

Anyways, you're using XP, right? I'm using 2K, so it might be a little different, but I don't think by much.

If you don't have your Start Menu set to display Administrative Tools, do that first. Right-click on the Start menu and hit Properties. Somewhere, there is a list of stuff to display on the Start Menu. Turn on Adminidtrative Tools.

Now, go to Start --> Programs --> Administrative Tools --> Computer Management. Go to the Disk Management section (under Storage). In the bottom-right-hand corner your disks and partitions will be listed. For hard drives, right-click on the partition and choose Change Drive Letter and Path. For CD/DVD drives, right-click on the drive and choose the same option.

I dunno, about the "mirrored" drive, but you might be able to find the answer in there, too.
