Halt at Loading Screen on Fastboot of Jet Grind Radio from original ISO files

According to the "Guide" (http://www.emutalk.net/chankast/29512-how-ask-help-newbie-guide.html)

I am doing the following in the hope of getting help with my issue.

1) System information is in my sig. Additionally I am using Deamon Tools 3.29 with all the drive emulation turned on and Chankast .25a.

2) Descript of Error is in the Title. I created a an image using the FastBoot tools, from my original track03.iso of Jet Grind Radio. I used the same process that I have been trying to use for Evil Dead. This process is as follows:

extract all tracks using BBA ....
after 30 minutes or so I have track01.iso track02.raw track03.iso
Code:
ISOFix track03.iso 45000
ISOBuster fixed.iso (extract to JET_GRIND_RADIO)
copy JET_GRIND_RADIO\1ST_READ.BIN 1ST_READ.BIN
copy bootfile.bin IP.BIN
BINHack 1ST_READ.BIN IP.BIN offset 0
copy IP.BIN 1ST_READ.BIN JET_GRIND_RADIO
MKISOFS -C 0,0 -V JET_GRIND_RADIO -l -o JGR.iso JET_GRIND_RADIO
Bin2Boot JGR.iso
mount image.cdi as drive H:

I've included the output from Bin2Boot if it helps, and I have included the screen that I halt on and cannot go any further. Chankast does not throw any errors. I've tried to create the image with sorting based on the original layout but nothing seems to change what is happening exept when I change the offset that I use. If I use BINHack with an offset other than 0 and use the same offset with MKISOFS Bin2Boot is unable to find the offset of the IP.BIN and prompts me if it is ok to create an IP.BIN. I have also tried IPINS instead of Bin2Boot but that doesn't seem to help either.

3) I've read the FAQ but can't find what explicity applies to my situation. I don't want game files from anyone, I just want information on what I can do with my own files. FastBoot is supposed to work "Flawlessly", but it doesn't for me.

4) Check. Jet Grind Radio seems to work flawlessly according to the compatability list. But have no way of telling how the working selfboot version was created since it is not listed and this forum is not about warez so I can't tell which group released it.

5) I have searched through the forums and learned alot about what I can do with each of the tools but have come accros a lot of conflicting information and I need help determining what will work in my situation.

6) I can't get past the loading screen that I have attached. When I use a different offset than 0 in binhack and mkisofs I get that either the image.cdi is not valid according to Deamon Tools or Cankast thinks that it is a Music CD.

7) Google points to a lot of forums that point to noexistent sites. I can't even pull up info from theses sites from the WayBack Machine at www.archive.org. For instance a site created by Xena sounds like it would have everthing I need but it doesn't exist anymore. Does anyone have a copy of all of the content still?

8) Again I don't want an ISO from anyone I just want to know what I am doing wrong with trying to get my own files repackaged with available tools to work with Chankast. I'll be more than willing to write up and document the process that I take for all of my games if anyone thinks it will be usefull. I've got a BBA and a two dreamcast machines (one for parts) and a couple of games so it shouldn't take more than a few weeks if I can dedicate an hour or so a night on a game. I don't have a ton of free time, but I want to continue playing my dreamcast games long after my current hardware has died.

Please respond to the message if you think I have left anything out, or have anything to add. I can't be the only person in my situation.
