Gundam Side Story 0079....CRAP!

Hey, I recently got my hands on a copy of this game and it won't work. I pop it in my Dreamcast and it goes to the title screen ok, but then it tells me to select the memory card that I want to use and I keep getting an error message. O have over 110 free blocks on both of my VMUs but the game still won't work. WTF is going on? I keep getting a CAUTION message with a whole buch of japanese text beneath it. Please, someone just tell me what to do!

lol. but it's not about chankast. it's on the real system and this forum is supposed to be for anything. oh well. i already broke the cd in two, lmao.
