my specs are very very low and some people have freakin 2 ghz cpus and still have lag on gta 3 and i get a good steady 17-30 Fps on it. check it out

to my conclusion i think videocards with more bandwith can probaly handle this game better but who knows a 2ghz with a geforce 4 ti4200 had it slow also at gta 3 forums

Well, it wasn't working on my system so I formatted the HD and installed XP on it and it worked great! Just beat it as a matter of fact. I still have a few packages, rampages, and one offroad mission left though.

athlon xp 1.4ghz, ti4400, and 512megs of ddr ram plays it liquid smooth just can only go to anti-aliasing 2x hehe o well, 4x is a bit slow for me btw doesn't that screenshot show you have 465mhz or something, intel celeron?! or am i going crazy

but gta 3 is great ill get a jerk or a stutter every couple of mins but otherwise great

Works just fine on my new PC , much better than it did on my old system (P3 1 Ghz 256 SDRAM Geforce 2 400 MX SB PCI 128)
