Graphics Plugin?

Not sure what's going on with the graphics, but when I play Goldeneye, the graphics look ok in some areas, but in others terrible. Take this screenshot as my example of the first Snow level:

Is it the default graphics thing in PJ64? Could anyone recommend what I should do to get the graphics looking good

I've got a nVidia GeForce 4.
