Okay, I have a choice between two graphics cards. I want to know which one is better (because I know nothing about it).

Intel GMA 900 with up to 128MB shared DDR memory
nVidia GeForce 6200 TurboCache, 128, DVI, VGA, TV Out

Ultimately, both cards aren't the greatest, but nVidia for sure, although don't plan to be playing the newest games at high FPS anytime soon.

There's no competition, nVidia all the way....a 6200 isn't the best, but anything will beast the Intel card. If you have the cash, go for the 6600GT....

Given those choices, I'd definitely take the 6200. Though like the others said, I'd try for a better card such as the 9800Pro or the 6600GT

I'd go for the 6800 GS or GT if you can find them, its better to use your money wisely than to use a little and get a little (performance wise).

Try to get a GeForce 6200 that doesn't have TurboCache. It's a cheaply built card that tries to use main system memory for video memory.:p
