Graphical Glitch In Goldeneye

So, I'm on the 'Surface' level on Goldeneye, and...well, rather than attempting to describe what happens verbally, I'll just let you see it for yourselves...there's a big grayish-bluish wall surrounding the whole level. I've tried two different versions of Rice and two different versions of Jabo, and it's always the same:

normal video plugin glitch, same thing happens in PD, dD tower carpet, Grid textures and so. it's a video plugin error. Some plugins are emulating them correctly, some don't. I think Glide64 can show them perfectly.

Jabo's D3D8 plugin should emulate the trees. The D3D6 plugin however does not. In the shot, the sky is also missing.
