Goldeneye mp graphics issue

Everyone knows you need to activate Force Depth Compare to avoid graphics issues in Goldeneye while playing multiplayer. However, this doesn't solve the issue with multiplayer skies. If there is an active sky in the level, the sky and background will flicker. This is most noticable on railings in Cradle or Dam. Perhaps force depth compare doesn't apply to all the the graphics modes used?
Granted though, only gameshark activated stages have noticable MP skies, but the issue is specific to PJ64 and not realted to the codes themselves.
Would there be a workaround?
