Ok, I had exactly the same issue you had - the same graphics glitches (when I loaded your save in using Jabos).
The problems went after a second or so though, and never reappeared.
So for you they never disappear?
Just ran through part of the level using:
PJ64 1.5 SP1
Jabos D3D 1.5.1
Didn't notice the problem reappear at all.
I will try to provide help tomorrow, if other people don't. The reason I ain't doing so now, is the next door neighbours are having a party, and the music is pissing me off

Because for me, they only showed up for that 1 small moment of time. Then I never noticed them throughout the entire level.
Try changing graphics plugin to GLN64 to see if that helps.

ahh yes i have had these problems before (shown in the pics) it was because the drivers i used were crap, but jabbo's direct should be ok,try downloading them again or try going back to an older driver i recomend jabo's direct3d7 v1.4 it's floating around the net, it's on my site as well this SHOULD fix it if that last guy's reply didn't, jabbo's 1.4 will run it full i have had no glitches so far (got to the runway) so it's should be ok, if you still have a problem then full around with the options.

It shouldn't be
although I know that it is. Download PJ64 1.4 from this site or the official site for the plugin.Jabo has not authorised for his plugins to be available outside of the PJ64 packages.

well i can assure you that most emulator sites don't ask for there permission, iv'e just broken up the files on my sites for user conveniency so people on a 28k connection don't have to download a huge ass file (2meg ) instead the can grab the filesa they need like me i went to my own site and got 1964's .exe file, so it was better then downloading 2 meg because i wanted to play roms

That isn't the point. You will find that the majority of decent emulation sites will respect the wishes of the authors
And a 2meg file over a 28k modem? That's nothing at all, even if you had to pay by the minute it'd be nothing.
