Getting Japanese text to display properly, etc.

A few questions regarding WinXP and its language display capabilities; One, how would I get programs that have Japanese GUIs to display properly in Windows XP? Would there or is there any feasible way to change between English and Japanese in the Control Panel? I have the langauge files installed on Windows (I can obviously type the language in NJStar), if anyone knows how to do this, let me know.

If you have the Asian language support installed you won't have any problems. If your programs do not display text correctly you may have to change the language for non-unicode programs to Japanese/Chinese etc.
All these can be done from the regional and language options from the Windows control panel.
