Getting hold of a WaveBird in the UK...

Does anyone know of a cheap, reliable place I can order a WaveBird controller from in the UK? Everyone on eBay seems to think they`ll get £5 postage out of it but, well, I`ve had entire consoles delivered for that price... yet I must buy one, especially with this news that we`re not getting it. Plus, would it even work on a PAL `Cube (I`m less sure on radio frequency controllers)?

Tip of the day; Despite the many, many claims made in instruction manuals, shops and sites that you must have the proper RGB SCART lead, the GC`s 60hz mode works perfectly fine through the supplied composite SCART lead. The RGB one is still very much nicer though.

well, my advice would be to wait, cause more than likely they will change colors of it, and compatibility. For me its just color i think its only grey right now, correct me if i'm wrong o yea, and the RGB cables for gamecube i've heard are only for PAL gc's only

A friend of mine has ordered his WaveBird from the US somewhere. It was pretty cheap too. He should have it by now. I'll find out and let you know, Stalkid64.

I'm going to Hong Kong on Friday. I'm going to pick up at least 2 wavebirds, plus VGA adapters for all my consoles. Also going to buy some legit games cheap. Yeh I know most people say you get burnt games in HK, but I can get them here So cheap legit games for me

fuel: you do know there is no region thingamybob on the gba so you can buy some japenese games if you want, i dunno what games you're gonna buy for the gc and how?

Macca: I don't think there is a region lock on GBA games, but there definately is one for the GC, and so far there isn't anything that can convert NTSC games into PAL. So in other words I'll be getting PC games.
