Getting games to run in Chankast

Yeah, This has probably been asked a billion times before, But how do i get games running in Chankast. I have the emu working,got the bios and everything fixed up, I just have no idea how to run the games :/

I downloaded SA2 for it and it comes in about 43 files named something like Sonic.Adventure.2.SelfBoot.7z.001
I'm guessing this is self bootable but i have no idea what to do with these, Any help would be great,Thanks.

Errr, I didn't brake any rules, It said not to ask about ripping or links for downloads, I just want to know how to RUN the games and if it is possible to run this game

You know that this question is asked billions of times, you know that we don't like it when people ask the same questions over and over again but you don't do anything about it!
Use the search function and read the sticky threads dammit. Some people wrote these to help you find the solutions for your problems and to help the rest of us from seeing the same questions posted billion times.
The solution is there... answered by many people on various threads and also covered by the Chankast FAQ. :getlost:
