I can't stand Gamecube. I think they're too small, flimsy, and have no power. The graphics in their games really aren't that impressive. The controllers are flimsy at best. I've heard tons of complaints about how the buttons sometimes don't pop back out when you push them.
Fair point, it reminds you of yourself and hence you'll automatically dislike it. People who base opinions on hearsay are often too dumb or too lazy, probaly a combination of the two, to go out in real life and see weather the hearsay was right or wrong. And people who has a profound hate for a purple cube shouldn't be allowed to wander along with the rest of us, they should be locked up.
I hate their choice of games. I hate the fact that all their in house games suck ass, but they nab Star Wars: Bounty Hunters as one of their only out of house developed titles. Fucking bastards, why couldn't you just have stayed dead. Face it, the N64 was a lackluster console. Aside from Goldeneye, Mario Kart 64, and Zelda, it basically sucked ass.
The common view on peoples opionions around here is that everyone is entitled to one, even you, but since you'll find a copy of a Nintendo developed or published game with every 1/6 of the earth's population we must be on to something Sherlock... Nintendo as a company has existed more then one hundred years and has to my knowledge never been dead, they more or less made the industry. They didn't create the market but they were the first to exploit it.
Most of all, I hate the amount of rabid Nintendo fanboys who think that Nintendo can do no wrong. Face it. From a hardware standpoint, the Gamecube sucks. Games are really nothing special, albeit focused more on younger children than the adult gaming population. The controllers are awful. And it doesn't play DVDs. At all. Ever. You have to shell out $200 more for the Panasonic version that plays DVDs. But, you can only get that in Japan anyways.
To the left, excibit a(ntraxx) - victim of capilisation, who clearly lacks neccesary knowledge to make complicated conslusions about hardware configurations. I wouldn't be surprised if you were playing Halo as we speak on a big, black, enormous techical achievement commonly refered to as the X-box, which also plays DVD's.
So in conclusion, I hope to see Nintendo fail and have their few mediocre games be distributed to other consoles that would make them about a billion times better than the Gamecube ever could.
God, evolution, call it what you want, didn't give mankind the ability to speak and write for you to, in one of worst excuses for thinking I've ever seen, trash a techical achivement, although not the greateast but certinately not the lessest. Even worse is your pathetic attempt to be rebelious. In closing, I have only one thing to say to you - (void)...
