I was searching for info cube tools and docs came acrosse this there 2 are own know from dextrose but features 2 new ones Resident Evil and Resident Evil 4. Not sure how good they are the site in French but can use good translater like Altavista. Here the RE4 screenshot with trainer:
I not sure its will run on emu.

Note: Save a backup .dol from Game before patching trainer to get .dol using GC Tool.
