i was playing this game and after one scene ,it pop up an error which something like that:cachefailed to translate?so anyone know bout this?

Yes It's the european version who dosen't work properly. Try the US version

Why people still play european (PAL) roms when they have a superior choice still baffles me.

well, my guess is that it's a whole 10 frames slower, so the logic is it's easier to run.
