Whenever I am running a game and then switch windows PJ64 slows down to 10fps and sticks like this until I reinstall it. Does anyone know why this happens? All games are running at full fps normally so I don't think it's a performance issue?

Update: I tried 1964 instead, worked fine until I switched windows and then dropped to 5VI/s. My video card usage was at 10% before I switched and then got stuck around 98% when I switched back?
