Im not sure what this is or what causes this, but while playing Paper Mario on P64, v1.6 and 1.6, the screen flickers. The backgrounds remain solid, and the foregrounds and sprites and such flicker on and off. Would this be a the result of a 'weak' graphics card?

(I dont know how to check for what graphics card I have... All I know is that its nvidia something... If anyone could direct me, Id appreciate it.)
